Step 1
Enquiry
You fill in our form or call us. We respond the same day to understand what you need and book a free in-home consultation.
What You Get
Same-day response, no obligation, no pressure.
Timeline
Usually 1–2 weeks before the consultation.
Step 2
In-Home Consultation
Steve comes to you. Walks the space, listens to what you want, asks the questions you didn't know to ask. We discuss layout possibilities, recommend suppliers for your finishes, and talk through the scope of work.
What We Cover
Existing bathroom audit, layout options, scope, supplier referrals, indicative pricing, and timeline.
Cost
Free, no obligation.
Step 3
Fixed-Price Quote
We send you a written quote with a fixed price for the full scope of work. No estimates. No ranges. No "from" pricing. The price you sign is the price you pay — unless you choose to change scope, and even then we quote any change in writing before we start.
Includes
All trades, standard inclusions, lead time, and build duration.
Excludes
Customer-supplied finishes such as tiles, fittings, and vanities.
Step 4
The Build
Build starts within 1–2 weeks of you accepting the quote. Most bathrooms take 3–4 weeks from demolition to fit-off. You hear from us every day — what we did today, what we're doing tomorrow, and any decisions needed from you.

What We Promise
Daily updates, clean site every evening, and no nasty surprises.
Step 5
Handover + 3-Month Review
On the final day we walk you through the bathroom, hand over manuals and warranty paperwork, and answer every question you have. Three months later, we come back to inspect everything after you've lived with the space.
Includes
On-site walkthrough, warranty documents, manufacturer manuals, and a complimentary 3-month return visit.
What If You Find Something Behind The Walls?
Surprises Behind Walls
Rotting timber. Ancient plumbing. Dodgy electrical from a previous renovation. These things are rare in our experience — but when they happen, we stop, photograph it, recommend the fix, quote it in writing, and only proceed once you approve.
Our Process
No scope creep. No "oh by the way." Just an honest conversation and a written variation before any work continues.
